Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your data is stored in an encrypted database, secured with a managed encryption key. The database is located in a secure network (private subnet on Amazon Web Services Cloud infrastructure) with no ability to communicate inwards/outwards from/to the public Internet. Access is only available to the database from the application server located in a separate secure network (private subnet). Multiple layers of security restrict access to the minimum required (for example Security Groups and Network Access Control Lists).
GitHub requires Marketplace vendors to delete Customer data within 30 days of: ceasing their subscription (whether a free or paid subscription); or cancelling a free trial; or a customer deletion request.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, the de-identified Personal Information is or will be stored in files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

Limmnock will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
